NEW! Early Registration is available for Summer and Fall 2013 Terms.
Early Registration lets you submit your registration during the Early Registration period and have the cost of the course posted to your PAWS billing account for that term. This is only available during the term's Early Registration period. Courses will begin on the start date for that term. Students will not have access to the course until the start date for the term. Students enrolling during standard registration must provide payment or proof of pending Financial Aid disbursement at the time of registration. Summer 2013 and Fall 2013 registration schedule.

Combine the advantages of self-paced correspondence courses with web-based tools in Learn by Term courses to complete your course work in 12-16 weeks. Courses follow the traditional semester schedule and are financial aid eligible for those who qualify.

Need more flexibility? Enroll year- around in Extended Learning, self-paced correspondence courses, with extended completion times for some students. Most students* have six months to complete courses through web or print based assignments. Students using financial aid or third party pay may have shorter completion timelines.

Important Course Dates
Summer 2013- May 1, 2013 through August 1, 2013
- Early Registration dates for the Summer 2013 term are March 22- May 1, 2013.
- Full payment for Summer Early Registration courses is due May 12, 2013. Students who have not paid their balance by this date WILL BE DROPPED from courses for non-payment. Click to review Early Registration Payment Policies.
- Standard Registration for Learn by Term courses is May 2-June 1. No registrations for Learn by Term summer classes will be accepted after June 1. Course work must be completed by August 1.
- Standard Registration for Extended Learning Summer Classes is May 2-July 25, 2013.
Financial Aid and Third Party Pay Registrations for Summer 2013 term must be submitted to the Continuing Education office by June 1, 2013. After this date, payment will be required at the time of registration for all students.
- The last day for self pay enrollment for Summer Extended Learning Independent Study courses is July 31, 2013.
- For early enrollments students, summer classes will begin on May 1. For standard enrollment students, courses will begin 48 hours after the enrollment was processed.
Fall 2013- August 7, 2013 through December 13, 2013
- Early Registration dates for the Fall 2013 term are March 22-July 25, 2013
- Full payment for Fall Early Registration courses is due August 23, 2013. Students who have not paid their balance by this date WILL BE DROPPED from courses for non-payment. Click to review Early Registration Payment Policies.
- Standard Registration for Learn by Term courses is May 2-June 1. No registrations for Learn by Term summer classes will be accepted after June 1. Course work must be completed by August 1.
- Standard Registration for Extended Learning Fall Classes is July 26- November 30, 2013.
- Financial Aid and Third Party Pay Registrations for Fall 2013 term must be submitted to the Continuing Education office by September 30, 2013. After this date, payment will be required at the time of registration for all students.
- The last day for self-pay enrollment for Fall Extended Learning Independent Study courses is November 30, 2013 .

Please note not all course are available each semester. If the course you are attempting to register for is not available in a given term, you will be contacted by the Continuing Education office to assist you in amending your registration.
New proctoring rules are in effect for students. These rules apply to all students enrolling in Spring 2013 courses. Please review these new rules prior to registering for an Independent Study course.
IMPORTANT NOTE TO STUDENTS USING FINANCIAL AID:
Please be aware that if you are using the Pell grant to pay for your courses, your aid will not be disbursed until you have completed 50% of your course. ALL financial aid students should check with Student Financial Services (719.549.2753) to determine when they must have their courses completed.
