DESCRIPTION
A thorough overview of the Human Resource Management process and function including the development of strategic partnerships, workforce planning and employment, training and development, compensation and benefits, safety and security, including workers compensation systems, and employee and labor relations.

PREREQUISITES: MGMT 201 - Principles of Management

COURSE REQUIREMENTS
  • Discussion Questions (Assignments): There are four writing assignments based on readings from the textbook.  Answer the essay questions posted in the syllabus (between four to six questions per assignment).  Each answer should be approximately two double spaced pages.
