DESCRIPTION
Examination of issues addressing ethical, legal, social and environmental responsibilities of business toward government, customers, employees, and the general public.

COURSE REQUIREMENTS
  • There are six written assignments.  The written assignments are taken from ten case studies at the end of the text.  Nike and Odwalla, Inc. are required as two of the six assignments.  Based on their interests the student can select the remaining four assignments from the remaining eight case studies based on their personal interest.

  • Three proctored exams will be administered during the course. Exam One is based on Chapters 1-6 and Exam 2 is based on chapters 7-12.  The final exam will have a total of ten questions taken directly from exams one and two and the remaining final exam questions will be from chapters 13-20.
