3 semester-hour credits - Tuition $448.50
This course provides analysis of personal dietary habits and behavior in relation to basic human nutritional needs and food composition. On-line course, utilizes Blackboard software. Students need Internet connection of at least 56K and Netscape 4.0+ or Internet Explorer 5.0+. Please register by August 25th for Fall semester and January 12th for Spring semester. Call for availability for Summer 2007.

BIOL 121: Environmental Conservation
3 semester-hour credits - Tuition $448.50
To offer learning opportunities with which students can create a base of knowledge and an understanding of principles and concepts that form the foundation of environmental science. To provide opportunities for students to become aware of the problems, interconnections and solutions to the major challenges facing humankind in using the Earth’s natural resource capital to support human activity. To facilitate the development of student awareness of their personal interactions and relationship with the natural world.

1 semester-hour credits - Tuition $149.50
To provide experiential learning activities through which students will understand some of the interactions and interrelationships among the components of populations, communities and ecosytems. To facilitate the development of personal awareness of the relationships that students have with the natural world.
