and food composition. On-line course, utilizes Blackboard software.
Students need Internet connection of at least 56K and Netscape 4.0+
or Internet Explorer 5.0+. Please register by August 25th for Fall
semester and January 12th for Spring semester. Call for availability

principles and concepts that form the foundation of environmental science. To provide opportunities for students
to become aware of the problems, interconnections and solutions to the major challenges facing humankind in
using the Earth’s natural resource capital to support human activity. To facilitate the development of student
awareness of their personal interactions and relationship with the natural world.
