Program Format

External Degree Completion Program students are subject to all CSU-Pueblo policies, deadlines and graduation requirements. A copy of the CSU-Pueblo catalog may be downloaded at the website link http://www.colostate-pueblo.edu/catalog/.

Students are required to complete 30 semester credits with CSU-Pueblo. A minimum of 120 semester hours are required for graduation. The requirement may be met by completing courses at one of the off campus sites, completing independent study courses approved and listed in this catalog, completing CSU-Pueblo courses listed in the Colorado Consortium of Independent Study (www.coloradoindependentstudy.org), or by completing courses from any future CSU-Pueblo supplemental listing of new independent study credit courses as they become available.

The independent study credit courses are entered on each student's transcript without distinction between on-campus and off-campus courses.

We are now offering an online course in Nutrition, BIOL 112, and we are currently developing a series of online academic courses for the 2007-2008 academic years.
